Hi my name is Bob. I tried posting last night but something went astray. What else can we expect from computers eh. I am into all types of photography. Spend a lot of time at Mission Raceway Park with 4400feet of private river frontage along the Frazer River it is a great place to take pictures of our local Bald Eagles. I have been into photography sense the early digital era. Had a couple of film cameras but really did not use them enough. Just recently purchased a Nikon D3s it is an awesome camera even though the D4 came out a month later The D3s is more camera than I an fully utilize. I really liked the idea of lit controls on the D4 but the video side of it means nothing to me. Have some nice glass to go with the D3s a 70-200 F2.8 Vr 2 105 2.8 Macro 80-400 And a 50 F1.4. Want to purchase a 24-70 F2.8 as soon as I sell my Nikon D300 along with my F4 12-24 and an 18-200 F3.5-5.6.

Does ditto mean you do not like my pictures? The reason I ask is what do you see wrong and how can I improve them. I have no problem with any comment you might have as I do not claim to be professional photographer and consider any constructive criticism a good way to get better pictures and their is nothing like comments from your peers to help a guy improve.
Ditto means that he agrees with the previous postings and likes the photos.

Welcome Bob!! Great photos! I really like your visitor!!
Funny you should say something about the Alcan. My father worked for the Inland const co. at the time the alcan was being built.
Welcome. Like all your pictures, but your first shot should be a Christmas card.
