From New to Old and Back Again

Hi, my name is Lee Henderson. I am a 56 year old returning photo buff. I started taking photos when I was 10, using a cam my grandparents gave me. My uncle was a professional photographer with the local papers as well as one of the personal photographers for the Black Panther party. I say this because in my garage I have his collection of party photos, negatives and slides that I am now preparing to scan and digitize.
Needless to say I shot for my high school paper and yearbook with a Nikon my Uncle gave me as a kid. I returned to my fav hobby in the mid 1980's. Purchased a Nikon N2020 with two zoom lenses. This setup took me from Taiwan to Paris to NYC. For the last 15 years I've done very little shooting (point and shoot stuff).
My daughter decided at an early age to become a photographer. She graduated from SF State with a BA in Photographic Art. She has her own studio as well as a professional business. (She uses Canon, so much for the blood lines....lol).
Now I've purchased a new Nikon D3200 and much more. I'M BAAAACK!
