Hopefully someone local to your area knows it. It is from one of the largest families of plants, Asteraceae (formerly Compositae). Genus-Species, I'd have no idea. Again hopefully obvious to a Georgian. In California we must have a hundred species that look pretty much like that. Many are Encelia sp. as well as from many other Genera.
