Took a few shots in the yard after I got some yard work done. This is the new bird bath I made for Janny. After i took the shot of the Crow, I walked over and petted him and picked him up. Janny was watching and started laughing. But he was very easy going. I held him up and off he went.

Amazing story about the crow Erv. They're one of my favorite birds to photograph. I have used them in quite a few composites.

Hi Bob. It was very hot a steamy here last night. He just sat on the edge and took small sips. I would say he was there for 20 minutes. I just walked over to see if he was ok.:) Touched he back and then picked him up. If I would have known he was going to let me do all that I would have given Janny the camera.:):)

Hi Sylvia. It really surprised me too. I just walked up to it and put my hand on it's back. He just looked up at me. I think it was the heat we have been having here. He sure drank a lot of water. I picked him up and looked him over and didn't see anything wrong. So I just held him up and off he went.:):) What did you think of my bird bath?:):) It is from a 78 Ford pickup.:):):) Janny loves it.:(:(
