Thanks catalint. You seem to have a true appreciation for the sport.

Bob,
I really do enjoy fishing and I am doing it a lot. It's my best form for therapy. Stalking a fish, catching it, and release it unscratched back to it's habitat, it's a wonderful felling.

Thanks Jim. I've learned something about landscape shots from Minniev. If you include people, no matter how small they may be, it adds a whole new meaning to the image. If it hadn't been for the fisherman in his bass boat, this would have been a largely uninteresting undertaking.

That is my style of fishing. You really disconnect from the rest of the world when your out in a boat fishing.

Beautiful capture Bob, I can see myself there very easily. I remember the days when I could just walk to a bayou bank with a cane pole, prop my back against a big ole oak tree and just let things be. Sometimes I even put bait on the hook. Great thought provoking shot my friend!

Thanks Jim. I tried a lot of different resolutions on this one, zooming in closer each time. But for the overall feel, the peace, the blue water and the seclusion, this one seemed to work best.

I have one question Bob. Is there some post process on this ?

I am looking at the full download ,and looking at the trees it gives me the feeling that something has been done. Often when i exaggerate with noise reduction, i get the same look. Just curious for my learning.

I ran it through Piccure +, a sharpening program.
