I tried that twice but UHH did not like the 20.2 MB file size. This has been reduced to 360 ppi and 4.72 MB. We shall see what happens........

How often are you going to need to shoot at ISO 102,400? This camera does not out perform the Nikon D810 at least not according to Tony Northrup. The Nikon out performs the Sony at low ISO where many of us shoot. The base ISO on the Sony is 100. The D810 is 64. Your getting more detail from the Nikon. How much more? Likely a little. Is this significant? Likely not. But for those who think this is hottest thing since pancakes, think again.

Just received my A7rII yesterday afternoon. The focus speed is much much improved over my A7r! All my Canon lenses focus rapidly via the Metabones adaptor. If the A7r focused as well as the A7rII I probably would not have purchased the 24-70 f4 lens. The Canon lens I have are the 24-105f4L, 70-200 f4L and the 16-35 f2.8L. I have yet to try the 100 f2.8 macro or the 24TS-E f3.5. I will be selling my Canon 5DIII and my 1DS-II as well as the A7r.

If you are crazy enough to buy a new α7R II, like me, and go out at night to try out the high ISO settings ( see photo attached ) don't be upset for an ISO 102,400 shot when you look at the image data and it say ISO 65,535. Not to worry.........

Well there happens to be a 187 page booklet of standards for digital images, slightly out dated of course, so see page 181 and it will explain this discrepancy.

Very impressive! I have a question: how do you focus when it is completely dark? Even in manual focus I cant see to focus. What is the best way to do this?

Got a flash light? Shine the light, focus and then lock the focus.

Without doubt - YES. I have an A7R and this is a major step up from that.

Also have a Nikon D7200, Canon 70D, Alpha 55, and Alpha 77 all of which will probably be gone soon. I will then rely on a pocket Sony and this camera.

The A77II is a FANTASTIC sports and wildlife camera if you are into that stuff. It is currently the best APS-C camera for that purpose on the market. It and your A7RII would cover all the bases.

This is one of the biggest advantages of an EVF over an optical viewfinder. You CAN see in the dark... or at least near dark.

And focus peaking makes manual focus a snap.

Sony is WAAAAAAY ahead of the curve here folks.

Northrup is a Nikon endorser... they pay his bills.

On the other hand, I really want to see how you handle things when more and more people of all stripes and degrees of qualifications start giving the A7RII rave reviews and call it the best camera available.

Most of all, when DXOMARK gives it the highest sensor rating ever of any 35mm format camera, I can't wait for you to show the world just what a hypocrite you are....

Tony shoots Canon. Did not make a switch to Nikon. You start out by making WRONG assumptions. This is just like you to put up garbage. Your credibility does not exist.

I am only pointing out what others noted, published and professional bloggers are saying. BUT logically speaking the D810 has a base ISO of 64. Sony is 100. That is a difference in DR and IQ. Now tell me I got that wrong.. I am sure you will insist on it.

Now you want to be hypocritical????, just look at your past assertions that DxO labs results did not mean anything. And now it does. (Bipolar disorder?) Give us a break... or rather just get yourself checked into the pyscho ward.
