Further to the recent long debate on FYC about whether a picture is art or not I submit a photograph, or a snapshot even, for your consideration.

The phone call has not pleased this lady obviously.
A Filipino feast prepared by Mrs Billy free to the viewer who comes up with the best title for this picture.

You want unhappy, frowning, even angry here is one of my friend in Paris. She was talking to her soon to be divorced husband (divorce should be final within three weeks).

The capture is excellent but the interpretation of her feelings left to be desired... I do not see her as anything other than listening. There is absolutely no stress in her attitude. She is just listening and engaged (or so it seems).
I posted my friend picture in contrast to show the difference, the fixed focused eyes, the eyebrows the tight lips, the various face muscle tightness on her face.
The following image shows here smiling...
Happier times, same day, with her son.

Thanks for dropping by my man but if ya wanna win the star prize of a Filipino feast you have to come up with a title.
How about 'Bored lady' since she is not angry?

I love this photo.
How about:
"Yeah, he's here. But it's never a good idea to interrupt him while he's eating."

What about 'I told you, it won't be ready for another hour'?
Mybe it is,"Huh, don't believe a word he says."

Another well done character study Billy.
My kid did the kitchen manager thing awhile back.
The same slack line cook on the other end is phoning in sick 10 min. before shift on a busy day again.
..but, title it simply "The Call", and leave the context open to the viewer's imagination.

I think this is probably the best suggestion yet.
...
I see no interaction whatsoever with the call.
Maybe there is not even a call.
I see a person holding the phone to their ear, who has been told to look into the distance at a pole across the street.

She does not look that ticked off. Looks more like she's hearing a cock and bull story from the kid that didn't come home last night. "Stop pulling my leg.""

It's a perfect photo, Billyspad. Lighting, colors, attitude; viewer's eyes go left to see her face, then see her elbow on the right and the tension in her hand. And then the scar on her arm.
