I have been playing with these for about 4 weeks now. A little sawing and a little carving. Not to great, but fun to do. Now I just have to get the chainsaw to do better work.:) 4 pieces I just finished.

These are nice, Erv. Do you use an electric saw? Those gas ones are noisy after a while. Stihl makes a great electric one. There is also an adaptor for a grinder that has a chain saw blade. Way lighter than handling a chain saw over extended periods of time. I have one for my 4" grinder.

Again, nice shots of nice work.

You seem to be talented in two fields: carving with a chain shaw and photography. Your photos are very nice.

These are great Erv. If I lived closer, one of the cactus would be going home with me in my car.
