Moose with twin was a first for me! The Rufus was captured during a camping trip.
Did you capture the moose in Colorado? I am visiting right now and have been told a moose comes regularly to the yard of the house where we will spend Thursday night in the Breckenridge area.
Fantastic shots! Must have been such a thrill to see the moose twins.
Yes I saw this mom and twins just outside of Lake City, CO. Hope you get to see one...they are all over Colorado anymore. When we are out are always looking cause you never know where they might show up.

Wonderful photographs, I have yet to see a moose in the wild...someday! Love the hummingbird, so many colors!
Excellent shots Dee, thanks for sharing.
We have hummingbirds at our lake property. They are so fun to watch. Don't know if I will ever get that close. NICE PHOTOS !

Great shots, but what is a Rufus?
These are really outstanding photos, Dee! I have a love for moose and in Canada many years ago I got several shots of a mom and her baby! You hit the jackpot with twins! :)
A Rufus is a kind of hummingbird.
I was amazed to find out CO had such a large and rapidly growing Moose population after being introduced/relocated
a few years ago.
