Keep waiting ... now I'm waiting with you, good work
and now a series project, Bravo. Bv
I've done series photos and sometimes it's years but
your series is so soon. (watch close ... things change pretty
fast, it's amazing too)

Nice shot. Would love to see this one with a polarizer filter. Those clouds would have really jumped out.

mmmm silver...living on the river here I see that kind of thing way to often...I think I can just make out the hook towards the bottom right. I think you should send that to an environmental mag or group or something...or maybe even a fishing mag with a big RED WARNING. Thank you for posting and I urge you to do something more with that pic....You have inspired me to keep my eyes wide open this season...Im going to start photographing all the yuk the fisherpeople leave around...styro worm containers are second on my list next to the hooks and bauble things.

Thanks for your response....you'll be able to find a lot of this example......expecially the bait containers.....folks just leave them where they empty them and if there's no "trash cans" available they leave them sitting on the riverbanks or piers.

There's literally thousands of these scenes in trees along the river's shores...anywhere folks fish from the river banks, and there are overhanging trees, invariably someone's cast will end up this way and even when fishing from boats and casting towards the shore they will end up the same way in some occasions.....due, probably, from a lot of inexperienced "casters" with spinning reels, since the line comes off so freely and they make their release "too soon"....instead of going out it goes up....and, if the "rigs" can't easily be reached they just pull until they break off, leaving them as pictured.......
