Took a day and traveled around the Provo area and captured a few Temple Photos. Comments are always welcome. Very little PP and the Payson Temple was shot with a variable ND filter on the lens.

You had a good day for blue skies and did well not overexposing them. Good exposure and nice and sharp. You might try perspective correction on the Payson temple shot.

Thank you for the comments. I will look at that in LR and see what it can turn into.

Beautiful shots, but I am drawn to the Provo temple in particular with the background and fountain in the foreground. This photo also just pops to my eye with the color saturation.

Nice shots!

I'm really curious - why did you use a variable ND filter?

And, why show so much 'lawn' rather than that beautiful blue sky in pic 1 & 3?

I like the green at the Payson Temple. Think you got enough of the sky to make it work nicely. Great shot of the Provo Temple too. There are plenty more temples to photograph, keep them coming.

Just bought the variabel ND filter, which I took back that day, so I was just trying it out.

I didn't want to sky to "take over" the beauty of the Temples.

Thank you WildBill for looking and leaving the comment. Now that I travel all over the US for business I will be stopping at all Temples along the way.
