I use the free Irfanview program for general file stuff like resizing. It has the option to resample instead of just resize, which is supposed to give better results with large files. I do all my editing and stuff in CC, but for just viewing or resizing existing jpegs, this program is great - and free!

Thank you Phil, I'll give that a look see.

I took the single and made eight duplicates and used different noise reduction methods through a couple different programs not the best but not too shabby for what sounds like adverse weather conditions and a single sub.

Better than my attempt,
Matthew

So he's probably out shooting, instead of playing on his computer!

He's been doing both, running back and forth.
