I took this picture and waited for the moon to get into the right place. It was a long way back to our hotel in the dark.

Nice shot and at least the clouds didn't get in your way by the time you were ready for the shot! The Grand Canyon is a great place to photograph and hike. :)

This was worth the wait and drive in the dark. You're lucky the clouds didn't move in and cover the moon.
