Since females are typically (when full grown) larger than males, the mandible joint of the jaw on a male will intersect on a straight line with the center of the pupil, on a female, that joint is further back.
Also, not shown too well in this picture, the rear talon is longer on a female.
I asked because I band eagle here in Mi (50 birds this year). We tend to use one measurement (foot span)to sex birds. Unless you have a straight edge & bird on ground hard very hard to eye that on a bird in a tree a hundred feet or more away. Virtually impossible unless very close. Anyway you have a very nice photograph.
