These are lovely shots, Earl. Thanks to Ron, I know the first one is a Banksia. Don't know what the second is other than seed pods of some kind, but they're pretty. Third is my favorite. Love the mushroom. So pretty with the fringe along the bottom of the cap. Looks like a ruffled petticoat.

Ahhh! Earl. Your shots of alongside the roadside always amaze me. I think I will pay more attention of the things growing along the roadside in my neighborhood. I used to go looking for wild plants to put in my garden, but because I can't walk far anymore, I haven't done it in a long time. You have such a wonderful variety and photographs are always so well done. Thank you for your roadside wonders.
