Thank you, Angela! I googled, but I think kousa is a tree. These are little individual flowers growing up out of the mossy ground, in shade.
Edit - found it: BUNCHBERRY!

I couldn't tell by this angle, so it is not a kousa, but the flower does look similar..... I wonder what it is??
