Since they are rare, it may be a while before you see another. I've also heard of rainbows at night, which are also rare. The moon and everything has to be just right.

I've seen "rainbows" round the moon, but a full rainbow at night, that would be something special to see,

The rainbow isn't around the moon, but a near a body of water, such as a river or stream, and the light, mist, etc. has to be just right. Haven't seen one, but was told about them at a Tennessee park I visited one time.
