This B&W was taken circa 1955. It was taken with a Hasselblad 1000F, Shutter speed 1/100 sec. @ f22 on Tri X film.
I scanned the negative image into PhotoShop Bridge via an Epson V600 Photo scanner. Noise was reduced using Neat Image. It was cropped to an 8x10 format.
Anchors
Certainly makes for an interesting photo. I really like it and keep coming back to it for some reason. Thanks for sharing.

No, I don't know the story behind the Anchors, however after World War II 25 Escort Carriers (Baby Flattops) were mothballed at the Port Industrial Waterway in Tacoma, WA. I often wondered what happened to the carriers, but imagine they were scrapped at some point in time. I guess it is possible that some of the anchors, or all of them came from those carriers.
