I know this is kind of a copy cat of Squirl033 but I was out today and could not resist the temtation. I guess imitation is the greastest form of flattery

D.J., That's what this thread is about. The shots don't take planning, often they are right next to us but we don't see the simple. This thread is about folks looking, becoming interested and going out and doing it. If you read this and found one that stirred your creative juices, then the thread was a success.

Enjoy,
Ron

And the following two images are the same image, other than I did a vertical flip on one of them. Can you tell which is which?

Have a good one. BB[/quote]

The last one.
but.........

I came back looked at the new photos and backed up to yours. Billy, you did turn it over. See, can't tell without going back to it. Fantastic. And that is a great photograph by the way.

Rules:

1. The reflection must be only in water. It can be any body of water including mud puddles, toilet bowls, coffee cups, etc. (No reflections in glass or metal)

2. It must be a mirror image. (Subject has to be recognizeable)

3. Please, no PP other than crop, exposure adjustment, no toning other than B&W or infrared.

4. Extra points (Kudos) are given for really neat photos. (ie., is the photo right side up, is it Live or Memorex, does it tell a story?)

5. Encouraging comments are wlecome. .

6. Enjoy and have fun

These are underexposed, night shots. The first I ever did with the D5100 when I first got it.

One of my favorite places in Tacoma. Someday I want to get there when it isn't raining. Nice shots.

Bret, two beautiful images. You have to download them to really see the intricate patterns and lines and the rich colors. Very nice images.
