Sony A7II owners/users a guide question

Just got my new A7II, still owning a Canon 5DIII which is for sale now, I am thoroughly impressed with the image quality right out of the box of this A7, I owned all the upper end cameras of Olympus/Nikon, Canon but this one is something else, however:
The Camera manual if the most dreadful peace of crap ever written!
Any Nikon or Canon manual is better than this.
Even the online stuff I found so far sucks.
Is there a book available similar to the David Bush line of guides?

Search Amazon.com. They have a huge selection of books on the Sony A7 series. Sony is notoriously bad when it comes to user guide / manual, they stink.

^^^EXACTLY!

Any Sony/Olympus/Fujifilm owner should look to Friedman FIRST for a 3rd party manual.

He is the BEST manual writer in the business, bar none. And his ebooks are worth TWICE the price....

I agree with you on Sony's guide Last year I could not find anything and ended up buying David Busch's book on A77 a lot of difference but it helped. Had I not been new to digital photography and thought this the norm , my buying decision would definitely have been swayed.

Colin, I have several Busch books. They literally do not compare to Gary Friedman's books. SERIOUSLY.

Friedman's books are the best on the market bar none.

His files are definitely not locked.... that's one of his selling points; that you can copy it to multiple devices.

That's exactly what I did with My A77II ebook.

If you can't figure out what's going on, email him. He'll walk you through the process.
