Come to Florida, we have thousands of them, and we're very thankful. They love bugs just about as strongly as we hate them! As I sit on my lanai I can look up and usually see three or four of them scurrying after various insect species. Sometimes they get so engrossed in their chase they wind up in the pool, so I get up and scoop them out so they may continue running down lunch.

Or, come to Dallas we have lots of anoles running about. They love bugs and lay their eggs in leaf debris in the winter. They are welcome in my yard.
