I used my old Nikon D-90 with a Nikkor 18-300 lens to take this photo. How can I set the dial to get all of the people in focus?
i.e. what camera setting is best? You see the guy with the white hat is not in focus. Thank you for your advice.

Looks like plenty of light is available, so I'd just move to a higher f-stop number and so increase depth of field.....

Yep. Smaller aperture = more depth of field. Using the longer focal length will reduce the DOF but in this bright light situation it should not be a problem. At 200 ISO you should be able to shoot f/16 at about 1/250 . Plenty of DOF and an acceptable shutter speed for a longer lens.

I think you were focusing on the main subject. :lol:

But depth of field is the key. Shoot high DOF.
