Hi all - I'm Bob Laubach from Manassas, VA. I am the Photo Lab Manager and adjunct faculty at the Photography + Media Program at the Alexandria campus of Northern Virginia Community College. I've been shooting since i was a kid with my Kodak Brownie Starflash 20 with 127 film and flashbulbs. Now shooting both digital and film. I'm a Nikon film and digital shooter, Mamiya medium format film, Sinar 4x5 and 8x10 film, Leica M4P and Nikon digital. I've had a wonderful career in photography from photofinishing management to architectural photography, as an imagery analyst and imagery scientist, photography facility design, photo supply and equipment sales, and now my favorite work of all, with wonderful students and faculty at the second largest community college in the US.

Hi Bob, welcome to the Ugly Hedgehogs.
Welcome Bob. You have quite a resume...looking forward to seeing some of your shots.
Greetings Bob, and welcome to the UHH.
When I looked at the first photo you posted, I thought that camera looked familiar. I got up and walked over to the book shelf, and sure enough, we've got a Kodak Brownie Starfish sitting right there. Ours is the brown version. :D

Welcome to the Hog, Bob! Our son lived in Manassas when he was stationed at Bethesda Naval Hospital and we had lots of fun in that area. You'll enjoy being here.
