The first one might have been better if the lone seagull had been centered more (not dead center) and it was the only thing on the beach (no person). This would provide more of a 'subject' to the photo. Also, the perspective is too low for my liking.

Have to ask, what is the "Perspcetive" ? being too low? Yes the one of the lady and the one seagull actually wasn't meant to show either, was just capturing the ocean, but I did pick up on that.... Thanks

Just an amatuer as I mentioned and these were shot with just a Fugi point n shoot which in my humble opinion takes great shots. Before this vaction though I plan on getting a DSLR Cannon, so should be fun....
