Three more that I have archived.
The chair is actually a simple three exposure HDRI made at an abandoned dogtrot cabin here in East Texas. The second is of the linkage attached to a driver on an old retired Mikado that is on display in Marshall, Texas. The last is a pelican that is napping and I just wanted to see how far I could push and still retain texture in the white feathers.
All were shot with a tripod mounted 20D and different lens's.
I hope y'all enjoy,
Ziggy
Really like the first one. I love B/W.
I like all of them but #1 is exceptional!
I like # 1 the best. Being a Northeasterner however what exactly is a dogtrot cabin as opposed to any other kind of cabin? I have never heard that expression before.
that first one is very VERY interesting....nicely done.

A dogtrot cabin is a cabin consisting of 2 rooms with an open runway porch between the middle of them. It would have 1 roof over the whole cabin. The dogs used to run through, hense, dogtrot or dogrun. There is a dogtrot cabin on President Johnson's home place at Johnson City, Texas.
I'm also a big fan of black & white. These are great but I especially like #1.
# 1 is a keeper. Nice shot.
