I have been watching this site for a couple months and learning a lot. Until now I felt I had nothing to contribute. Then I saw the article linked below. Several have expressed frustration (and worse) at police officers who either didn't understand or didn't care about the rights of citizens to take photographs under most circumstances. As a lawyer, I know that you have to speak to people on their own terms if you are to be heard. I think this will do more than any Supreme Court decision.
