Thanks Linda! They are so cute that I never should of believed that they could be so mean to each other. Not only can they 'yell' at each other, if I have people over for a party the hummers will start dive bombing my guests. I now have one little guy who will let me pet him when he is at the feeder. Sure are funny little critters. Love sitting out in the afternoon and watching their antics. Wonderful shots and you have to shoot a series of 6 in succession to get the action.

Thank you John! They are very entertaining little birds. I can tell a few of them apart. Two of them will drink from my hand and I have one little guy that will let me pet him while he drinks from the feeder. Can you tell that i am 'fond' of them? Terri

When we lived in our old house we had a covered patio between the back of the house and the workshop. I had humming bird feeders hanging on both of the open ends. We had a crawfish boil with a lot of our family and friends on that patio. The hummers didn't appreciate us being there and kept dive bombing us and squeaking. I guess we were too clove to their food and they didn't want any crawfish.
