Speaking only for myself--the only person I can legitimately speak for--I'd pick #2.
Wonderful, another vote for Opus 2.
I think a small wall in a kitchen, sun room, etc. could work. It's almost a sophisticated surreal mood. #3

I do watercolors, and personally I like the values in 1. Draws your eye to the grapes. Should be interesting printed on Arches paper. Give you even more texture
You are absolutely correct. The kind of substrate used to print upon is very much a part of the feel and texture of the image. Very difficult to get the true resulting feel with the online image.

it is always hard to post 3 and get voters to agree....I LIKE #3...very artsy, creative, and I feel when you process things from reality the further you go the better. It becomes its own distinct art form.
Thank you for your vote for Opus 3. You seem to have put your finger on the resulting choices. . .votes are getting to be close to an even distribution between all three. I often will take an image and process it to more than one different look and/or feel. Many times, I will take one of the resulting image and turn it into a painting, either in oils, watercolor and/or pastels. With these three, I may end up painting a couple of them??

Thank you. That is a good and valid thought. Maybe Opus 3 should not be such a large print. . .more like a deckeled edged floated 11x14?
Depends on where you plan to use it- If you have a sunroom or breakfast area in mind, I would definitely use #1. If in a l iving room or dining room with an Oriental theme, #3 rocks. Good luck- you are a great artist!
Hmmmm, being an artist, I am not much good at choosing here, because I keep seeing art (as in painting) not as in photography, but #1 keeps grabbing me because it looks like a fine watercolor. I hate it when people think of water color as a child's first paint box. It's not as easy as some other mediums when one is painting seriously. It almost paints itself and CAN get away from you id you are not careful. This looks like one where the artist was in complete control. I love it.
I also like the crosshatching (also done in some paintings) but My eye keeps jumping back to #1....
but then, different artists have different tastes as you can see.
No.1
1 appeals to me, 2 and 3 are busy. No 1 with a matted green boarder I feel would look great.

# 1 looks like it should be in a study, #2 looks like a wine bottle label and #3 if the room is going for a special asian flair
I tend to agree with Hammster in reference to the oriental theme. If I were choosing one for myself I'd have to go with #2. To me it's easier on the eye than #1, and would always be drawing my eye to it...#1 doesn't.

In playing around with a single image, I came up with these three variations. There is something about each one that appeals to me, so now I am at the point of picking one for making a large wall print.
I thought it might be interesting to see what my fellow "Hedge Hoggers" might think as to which of the three should be printed up into a large wall print. Oh, also they will be printed onto Arches watercolor paper.
Which of the three would like to see as a large wall print? If the answer is NONE, that's an OK answer too.
Thanks

I like #2 but would prefere to see the grapes from #1 if it could be done.

I'll vote for #1, but a lot depends on your framing.
