Nice, I like the out of bounds displays, and have done several, but to really POP, they need a special picture, generally an motion shot.
C&C: the first to work well, but I think too much of the train is out of the frame; I don't think the OOB adds much to the butterfly and nothing to the birds.

Great job. I have tried several times to get a decent OOB but so far haven't mastered it.

Don't know about PSE12, but PSE 10 has it under the Guided Edit tab.
