I was shooting nearly directly into low sun, less than 1/2 hour after sunrise. Probably my most favorite time to be out. Here is another shot, no special effects :)

Linda, The barbed wire actually adds to the composure, in my opinion, very nice shot. Thanks for explaining. John

Excellent work on this. The soft golden backlighting makes a perfect background, and while I like the radial blurring, I actually prefer your second shot. Both are beautiful!
