I like the first one. It's richer with better color and contrast. It give the feeling of a clear Autumn day. The second has a bleached sky. Doesn't do anything for me. The third submission has an unnatural looking sky. It seems out of context with the stark reality of a cemetery.

I prefer number one also, however the bare branch in the middle of the sky is distracting. I'd try to eliminate that.

Most certainly, number 1. There is a pathos and somber tone to it that conveys the feeling.
