Angle of view is better on the 14-24 plus the N coating.

I can understand the N coating, but wouldn't the angle of view at 20 degrees be the same on both cameras? Granted, you get an extra three degrees on the 14-24.

The angle of view on the 14-24 is 114 verse 104 for the 17-35 a big difference when it comes to landscape photography,I rarely shot at a 20 degree angle to narrow.

I kind of agree. I have a 17-70mm Sigma that I love,
but the 17 really isn't as wide as I would like for some
landscape shots. I'm thinking even wider than 14 though.
