Will be there in about a little more than a month....Can't wait to smell the sea breeze and hear the screeching of the gulls. Nice pictures makes me a bit home sick.

Love how you got the scene including the sail boats and still used the thirds rule for composition. I sure would love to go there someday...it's on my bucket list!

So here is the correct order. First one is Jupiter Inlet off Jupiter Florida. The next is Pemaquid lighthouse off Pemaquid, Maine. And the third is Rams Head lighthouse off Pemaquid Maine.

Thank you Jean I as well as my wife love the lighthouses. My wife Loves Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and she did one out of ceramic that was 36 inches tall with a revolving beacon.Once again we love any and all pictures of the old lighthouses that any one has.

OK, this is kinda weird, but I must share with you for your wife, that my husband was conceived in Cape Hatteras. It was 1941 and his father was stationed there as a doctor in the war. They lived in the caretakers house connected to the lighthouse, in the old days! (we went to visit a couple years ago and they have moved everything, but the museum now, was actually his home he was conceived and born in!) Just a little FYI! :-)

Jean we live in the western part in fact 20 miles due south of Deadwood and about 40 miles north of Mount Rushmore. So to say the least we are in the middle of the Black Hills in a town that only has in the winter a pop of 12 people. Some maps show it some don't it is the town of Rochford we don't have much here but the Country & Western Group Big & Rich did their big hit video Ride a horse and save a cowboy right next door at the Moonshine Gulch Saloon. This is found by googleing during August we have to put up with the Sturgis Bike Rally when our town goes from 12 to 1200 to 2000 bikes at anytime for a two week period. But neither my wife nor I have heard of Tabor sorry.
