I have an unused Pelican 182 Rolling Backpack. It will hold everything you need and it has a detachable backpack on the front. sold new for $369 but now discontinued. I was just thinking that i need to get rid of it. Any interest? See link below.

I've had a Tamrac Evolution 8 and it was awesome. Well made product, but probably too small for you, but the similar Tamrac Evolution 9 should easily swallow everything you specified.
