I agree, #8 is the best.

Hiking on a foggy morning has it's own challenges in terms of changing light. I like the softness at times, and this particular area was kind of a mixed bag. One minute there was fairly good light, then it was gone. It certainly was interesting and challenging.

Super set.

That is probably my personal favorite. I've photographed that section of trail before in different light, and at some point will probably use one of the photos as a reference for a fairly large painting. Glad you liked it and appreciate the time you've taken to look and comment GSCRS.

Thank you cannoneer. I'm glad you enjoyed these and appreciate the thumb up. Should I tell you that wildflowers are starting to bloom?

We're very lucky to have some really nice trails near our house. This one was about 5 minutes away. On mornings like this, there are very few people, so it's really peaceful.

Thanks for looking in a commenting AuntieM. I appreciate it.

Thanks for looking and commenting Laurel. Each part of the country has its own beauty and distinctive features. We're lucky to have a very long growing season and mild climate (no snow!). The fog makes shooting a bit difficult with ever changing light, but it creates mood and a peaceful atmosphere.
