Oh now, cut that out. Some folks still have snow and ice and can only dream about those lovely beach scenes. It is miserably cold where I am and in the midst of winter. It is so cold I thought we might have a frost, but only a frost warning. Today is bright, the sun is shining and the temperature is heading back to 70 degrees F. and I am going to the beach to find a bird or two. I love your photos.

I love the photos too and tomorrow I go and get more. They are free down by the beach and everywhere else as long as you point the right equipment in the right direction.
BTW: due to a very slow overloaded internet connection I could not get the photos uploaded the conventional way so I decided to try a collage in Picasa and by golly it worked.

After watching all the cars slide around on ice on TV and the 12 foot snow drifts, I just turn off the TV and fix an iced drink, start up the grill on the patio and get ready for some grilled salmon or something. Life is tough. Hehehe.

BTW: this little cove shows the phenomena of Blue sky and tree lined shore.
The Blue sky makes the water appear blue and the Green tree line makes the water appear green. In fact the water does not have any color it is a reflection from above. The water will look an unattractive grey when the sky is totally overcast. Amazingly many people believe that the water is "Bluer" in some resort areas than others. Hmmmmmmm.

She picked a strange place IF she just wanted to be private. I did not ask.
The debris is from some monsoon rain damage to the beach and sidewalk that happens regularly during the wet season. :oops:
