A very nice, colorful shot.
Framed within a frame - nice work!

My dad spent 18 years telling me kind of the same thing but he was a lead Draftsman or now they call them a Mechanical Eng. and he said " you can either work smart with your brain or work hard with your back and you will make more with your brain than you ever will with your back." Well I spent my life going down the road less traveled and drove truck for 35 odd years ... now i have a back that is bent and sore most of the time and a brain that is little used .... but the money was good!!

Early on I realized I did not want to do the things my father did, I heard a voice that said I was meant for slightly bigger things. I forced him to send me to a High School in NYC rather that Aviation or Automotive High School in Brooklyn where he wanted to go. My dad was a longshoreman. I prepped for college and he did not want me to go, really. When I started ace-ing my classes he sort of took notice. Wonder where I would be today if I had not listened to that voice.

Beautiful job of capturing the moment Randy, a special shot!

You struck gold with this one.
Thank you all again for the wonderful comments! :)
This is one of those subjects I have shot before but, can look so much different depending on the season.. It is about 25 min. from my home and this was one of those mornings I decided to head out that way before sunrise not knowing if the sunrise would be a dud or not... I was glad I got up as early as I did... Sometimes luck is on our side. :)
Here is another shot taken of the same tree a month before with a white sky from the falling snow..
Love the color and composition here Randy. It's so hard sometimes to find a great landscape shot like this with wires, fences, buildings etc. Congrats!

Beautiful!
The picture is lovely. Makes one wonder how many lost views have happened because one stays in bed! Glad we see the ones we do!
Thanks for the inspiration!

I love this black-and-white photo. From what I can see, all the trees are in sharp focus. I'm sorry you can't let us enlarge them anymore. Your reason is incredulous on this forum where I thought photographers respect each other.
