Unbelievable beautiful, Regis! The only problem is you left very little room for improvement!

Thank you very much, Swamp-Cork. There is always room for improvement as long as the Eagles cooperate.

The sunlight really does enhance the details in these awesome shots.

Yes, Sirius one, I do believe the sunshine brings out the details and colors under most situations. Thank you, Sirius one.

Yesterday was the sunniest day we have had for awhile around here and I think I got more detail out of my photos. All 6 photos of the eagles were about 100 to 150 feet in distance and were shot using the 600mm setting.

not a whole lot of sunshine here either... fantastic eagle photos .

Regis, these are all very sharp and I love the details and colors. This lens looks like it is working very well for you. Did you shoot them using a tripod or hand held. Thanks for the post.

I appreciate your nice comment, JoJo. I would be out taking shots of Eagles everyday if I could, but we are having rainy weather. We should be having snowy weather here in northern Idaho, so I am glad I got these shots when the sun was out.

Thank you, waltchilds. I always take my photos hand held. I am comfortable using this method.
