Yes, NASA Really Did Land Men on the Moon

One of the bits of "evidence" offered by the Man-on-the-Moon deniers is the fact that the video of them taking off from the Moon follows the spacecraft as it rose. How could the camera follow the spacecraft with no one operating it? This was more difficult than you might imagine. They tried it with the two previous missions, but finally got it right with Apollo 17, 42 years ago yesterday. Below is a link to a very good article.

Taking it a bit off topic but have you observed as I have that the man on the moon deniers are also the 9/11 conspiracy theorists, and deny Obama is a US citizen, and so on. It is just a general indication of how much credence we should give to such individuals and their beliefs.

Remember how there was the Know Nothing party way back when? Now we have the Believe Nothing party.

I saw a fairly recent Gallup poll(I think it was Gallup) that said 20% of Americans believe the earth is flat.

One of the bits of "evidence" offered by... (show quote)

I think one of the main arguments they use, is that the flag is flying but there's no atmosphere. The reason that there's no atmosphere, is that there's not enough gravity to hold one down. And that's the same reason for the flag "flying".

Don't believe in gravity either.

You're right. There is no such thing as gravity. The world sucks.
