We had tickets to see the David several years ago and when we arrived it was closed for the day. We did see the David very briefly when a worker opened the back door though. Other than that Florence was spectacular.

How did you get the photo of David in the museum?
When we were there - NO PHOTOGRAPHY!!
Had they taken the restrictions off?

I was there 6 years ago, and you couldn't photograph the David....Just got back, and they must have changed their policy, because there were no restrictions on photos of the David....thanks for commenting!!
