B&H Photo Customer Service.
I recently purchased a nikon D7100 from B&H in New york. Camera was on sale with a $150.00 discount and B&H included several items with the body, like a small case, SD card etc. Sale ended 10/25/14 according to their adv. So I ordered it around 10/21/14 and it arrived. Oh, it included free shipping. One happy camper here. Well after 10/25/14 the new price for this camera was $100.00 less. Go Figure. So I wrote to customer service and asked if I could return my camera and reorder the one at the new price. Received a reply from them within one day that said there was no need to do that as they were crediting my card with the $100.00 and I would have it within 3-5 days.
Now that is customer service!!! What a wonderful company to do business with. They want to serve their customers .
Typical of B&H. They are always looking out for their customers.

I couldn't agree more. Anytime I think of ordering anything for photography, B&H is automatically my first choice.

I have been dealing with B&H for decades. They are the experts on customer service. I am going to drive up there from Maryland just to go into the store.

I had the same thing happen with 2 items on the same order. I called and was told no problem we will credit your card for $200. It pays to watch the price after you order to see if item goes on sale.

Henry, thank you for being here. I would like to shake the hand of the owners of B&H and hope that you can extend that handshake for me. I commend the company for honoring its religious beliefs. That tells me a LOT about the people behind the company!

I've been dealing with B&H since the early 1980's and I have never had a problem. They are the best. So many stores give either a good price or good service. B&H gives both.
