Not to close. But the leaves coming off helps me see them back in the woods. We have a lot of hunting going on around us right now. So they seem to know to come into my woods or the one across the street.:):) Maybe some day my yard will be like yours.:):)

Are yours coming in any closer for you?
Awwww, poor Suzie..her leg is still so swollen and she's not putting weight on it, and she's soooo thin! :( He's a beauty! We had a dead buck lying on the side of the highway for at least 3 days; I finally called the police and asked them to get someone to remove him. Anyhow...I love your pictures, Marilyn, and they are as beautiful and well done as always! I did something wrong and I'm not receiving the UHH digest for a month! I have no idea why except we got a new computer and maybe something about that didn't "click" with Admin.
   Beautiful series of pics, Marilyn. Its that time of year. Thanks for showing.

Thats mom Doe, Sue( the injured Doe)
The fawns are still nursing from her and i am sure that leg is part of the problem with her not getting around to feed like they do. I can only hope for a mild winter for them all.

Poor Mom ( injured Doe) was being run down by a Suitor. He had ideas but she surely didn't.
He Pursued her all over the yard and then he went off after Suzies Cousin. She was not interested Either!
None of that slowed him down one bit though.
very nice shots as always...kind of eeary though:)
Wonderful set Marilyn, no wonder Mom doesn't want any part of him... he drools and keeps his tongue out!
She still looks very thin, hope she fattens up some more before the winter!
