Gas prices as they are, I would like to go back to these.
I am a barn collector via DSLR and just love your shots. Would particularly raise a shout for pic 2. Composition has great line in the form of fence rails that bring our eye straight to the waggon wheel. Leafless trees bring us down from the sjy. Its a beauty. I often vacation in the Pidgeon Forge area. any chance you could share the locale. I'd love the opportunity to snap this on my own.
You were very close. These were taken in Cades Cove TN. Close to Townsend TN.
I see you are in the area of the cantilever barns, They are very interesting design and practical in there day. I never saw one till went down in that area several years ago. I had seen some house built on that design but not barns up here in the mid-west.
Sure a cheap mode of transportation even with the horse expenses. Only down side is it is a lot ruffer ride.
Only other venture we have left is bicycles.....

You can still get that ruffer ride in a Dodge truck.
