Tell us more about Perfect Resize.

It's a program that is part of the On One Photo Suite, not sure it is for sale alone but it used to be. I got it as a part of the package with lots of other great programs. It was once called Genuine Fractals and has long been used by pros and amateurs to up-res photos so they could be printed larger than you might otherwise (remember that it wasn't so long ago that we swooned over 5 megapixel cameras and images were printed large then in spite of that). It's easy to use and gives me very good results.

I could get tarred and feathered for saying it, but it is possible to print large from a less-than-full-frame camera.

It's a heavy beast but glass rules!

Unless of course the insides of your camera die, which is probably more likely than the viewfinder going south.

Thanks. No tar or feathers. APS andd 4/3 work fine for printing and I'm looking to uprez those pesky phone shots.

Yeah, but many have both! Like the A6000.

The E5 is indeed a fine camera, but it's BIG and its heavy and its getting up in age. When you get ready to move on, look at the Oly EM1. The EVF on it is great-big and bright like the E5's, and best of all it focuses our old high grade Oly glass perfectly. Of course it's easy to get seduced by those lovely, tiny, bright, deadly sharp primes that are available for m43. I us a mix of lenses.

I loved my e5...it captured a lot of moments over the 1 1/2 years that I owned it. That said, I sold it and all my 4/3 glass that I had collected over the years (7-14, 8, 12-60, 14-54, 25, 50 macro, 50-200 135-400, ec14) to switch to the em1 and native glass. I miss the 7-14 the most, and would still have it if it were not for the future 7-14 2.8. I wanted to sell everything while it still had some value, now that 4/3 is dead (long reign m4/3!).
The em1 (with native glass) is, IMHO, a far superior camera in about 95% of the way over the e5. It really works for me as I prefer to shoot with primes (although the 12-40 is swaying towards zooms).
