French Bulldog new addition to the pack, announcing "Bijou"

Bijou is the new addition to our pack, she came to us after delivery and weaning of her 7 pups! That's right 7...highly unusual for a Frenchie...anyway, along with her 7, she nursed 3 that were abandoned by their mother, so 10 she nursed in all. She's quite the little character and is quite amusing as well as strong and brave. This is our first experience with a French Bulldog and have to say, they are all that and much more....to know one is definitely to love one! Here's Bijou! The first photo is her aristocratic mode, the next is her "Alicia Keyes" shot...she likes her key ring and carries it around :)

We came into one too just a month or two ago. Very mischeivious but sweet and gentle.

She's adorable. Gotta love the Frenchies. Have fun and enjoy her I bet she is quite a character and bless her heart for being able to nurse 7 pups and take on more, a true angel.

that's what got me more than anything....the fact she was such a good mother and it was her first litter....told me what a sweet Heart she has...love her so much already!
