"Killer" '56 Chevy Bel Air

It is a beautiful car that has so many killer qualities about it. First, no seat belts. Second, If you are the passenger that crashes at high speed, you would have your skull smash against the unforgiving steel dashboard. Third, If you are the driver, the air bag that isn't in the steering wheel would allow the steering column spear to penetrate your chest.

Ah the good ol' days! lol

That's the beauty of owning a "56" Bel Air. I owned one back in the "60's". When I think back how I took my life in my hands every time I drove it...YES, those were the good ol' days!

I did plan on cloning it out, but then I realized the owner put it there to remind us it is a 56, so I decided to leave it. I'll leave the Pair of Dice too.

The Dice I can see, but come on...any true Chevy enthusiast knows its a '56 Bel_Air...I had a 64 Impala, one of the finest cars I've owned. But the 56-57's were the bomb. (am I allowed to say that?) Probably have homeland security at my door.

This brought back memories. My very first car bought for $1200 in Decatur, Il way back when.
