Beautiful pictures! Sure looks like the "Green Treefrog (Hyla cinerea)" that I found on Google via http://srelherp.uga.edu/anurans/hylcin.htm

If you had to choose any colour to contrast red this would be it, great spot, great set mt,

Great pictures of an American Green Tree Frog.... It must be great to get one in the wild as we only have them in captivity over here. :thumbup:

thank you very much wahawk! i googled him too and he looked just like those pictures. he's the only one i've seen and hangs out in his little "tropical" rain forest amongst some huge elephant ears that are near the cannas. :-)

there are some humongous elephant ears right next to the red cannas and that is where the little tree frog hangs out. sometimes i'll see him napping on a huge elephant ear stalk and sometimes on the canna. it's like he has his own tropical rain forest. there's also a little green lizard about the same size that lives there too. thanks for comment...i appreciate it! :-P
