I've got GAS! All of my equipment to date I have been able to acquire used or refurbished. I started with a D3000 and a 18-55mm kit lens. Added a 55-200mm. Upgraded to a D7000 with only 1500 shutter releases on it. Added a 50mm f/1.8D; Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8; 60mm f/2.8 Micro Nikkor; and now I convinced myself I needed a "true" 50mm lens, so I picked up a Nikon 35mm f/1.8G. Please tell me I have enough!!! How do I stop?

Did you know you can get to 500mm for under a grand these days?:-)
I like GAS. When I stop having GAS it will mean I have passed.

Its tough when you have passed gas.....
'Tis better to pass GAS and bear the shame then not to pass GAS and bear the pain .......
GAS problem? GAS problem!!!???? Why is that a problem?
And NO I will not tell you you have enough!!!! You can never have enough!!!
GAS is a virtue not a problem!

Love this, Bob. So much so I should add this to my signature line, well...maybe? ;)
I think you are just getting started, once I get a new camera or lens, I never let them go.
Give me your wallet. I want 10% of every cent you save by not spending anything oher than my 10% fee of course.
How to stop? Spend less time sitting at the computer looking for lenses to purchase and more time actually taking photos. By using your lenses, you will get a far better understanding what you really need and don't need. Become a user of lenses, not a collector of lenses!

You don't have enough, you have
too much! If you are trying to cover every focal length with primes, you should be using a zoom (to give you more G.A.S., the
Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC). But when using primes, I think it makes sense to space them out so each one gives a different "look". You should never wonder, "Hmmm... do I need lens A or lens B right now?", it should be pretty obvious from the shot you want to create. Of course, you may not know the shot you want to create... ;-)
Have you ever noticed that you can never pass good gas after bad?
