Hdr is a good tool for dealing with high dynamic range in a foto. If, when I meter, it takes more than 1 stop to bring histogram under control and the subject is static, I use hdr.
You will learn with time how many fotos you need to control the dynamic range. I have used up to 15 fotos, but 3 will usually suit. I used 6 here to make sure the clouds came out.
Thanks, I appreciate the information.
