Canon D7 Manual mode...setting the aperture

So, I normally use the Av mode on my camera and can successfully set the iso and f stop. When I move to manual mode...I have the shutter speed and iso, but am unable to set the aperture. I know it's me, but am anxious to try this to capture the moon and Mars tomorrow night. Would like my settings to be f/11...iso/100...shutter/125. Will try to use my remote shutter switch for the first time!
Thank you
BTW...It is a CANON 7D!

If I may offer some advice -

1) Be nice to your Canon and stop calling it a Nikon. It is a Canon EOS 7D... 7D
2) And to your question, see Step 2 of Page 106 of your manual.
- You may also want to review your manual in full. All shall be revealed.

The Canon Digital Learning Center is a great resource http://www.learn.usa.canon.com
As is their YouTube Channel http://www.youtube.com/canonusa

The videos that came with your camera are helpful too

Not to burst any bubbles but I hope you are not referring to the hoax that says the moon and mars will appear to be the same size in the sky tomorrow. It is not going to happen.

My bubble is deflated, but still it has forced me to learn new things for my camera. Also discovered the quick control screen, so that is helping things along. Also, going on a Fall photo tour in Yellowstone, so hopefully I will get more proficient.
So, thanks for the replies. Some were helpful, some not so much!

Now that's not right! When I started that hoax I definitely stated that Mars would be LARGER then the moon! People on the internet can't even get a hoax right anymore! What is this world coming to? Oh, BTW, Jupiter is going to be visible also but you will have to shoot it quick because it will be passing between the earth and the moon and will block the view of the other two! :D
